What started in 1964 as a tiny pizzeria next to the Ed Sullivan Theater in New York City has grown into an international organization with four fast casual franchise concepts and six full service concepts boasting an array of flavors to please most every customer.

Today Villa Enterprises is comprised of over 300 locations in 38 states and 6 countries and each location/concept operates from the same basic principle: Made Fresh Daily.
What does “Made Fresh Daily” mean to us?
Dough is made by hand on location, produce is delivered fresh and prepped, our sauces simmer and our steaks sizzle, and that is the Villa point of difference.
Most concepts would be content with frozen pre-fabricated food products, however, we pride ourselves on the fact that with a little extra labor we can provide consumers with a product they come back for time and time again.
